Collection: Pre/Fall 2020
My mother used to sue all of my cloth when I was a little girl. Just before starting my sketches for this collection, I came across my old dresses in my grandparents’ apartment.
Most of the dresses she would make were taken from Burda, back in Soviet times it was a must have German fashion magazine in almost every household. It had full set of patterns for DIY. I had a blue long sleeve dress with white detachable collar all made by my mother. She would go great length to find the right fabric which was so scarce back in the days and even cut her own dresses to make my cloth. This collection is the glimpse back at those days.
