What is LIYA's return policy?

Please take care when opening the product so as not to damage it, particularly when using any sharp instruments.

If for any reason you wish to return an item please follow the following procedures:

An item should be returned within 5 working days after receiving it,

With your package you will receive an invoice and the return form.

Please fill out the return form and inform us about return by email.

The order MUST be returned with the same post as received.

Please send the package back only by post to the address indicated in the return form.

The cost of shipping should be covered by customer.

Please, always inform us before sending the package in on the following address: customerservice@liya.ge

We recommend that you return items in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit.

Item has to be returned in the same condition as received. If the item comes with a security tag this must be left on. If the security tag is removed then the returned item will not be refunded. If item is worn or damaged by customer LIYA will not accept the product back.

Once we have received your returned package, you will receive confirmation E-mail. Returned items will be refunded excluding the cost of shipping in 14 working days after receiving the package.


SALE  items are non-refundable or returnable. Only exchange is available, but the cost of the shipping is covered by the customer

PRE - ORDERED items are non-refundable or returnable.

NO beauty items can be returned or exchanged!

What should I know about custom duties and taxes?

Please be informed that LIYA doesn't take responsibility for taxes and duties applied in the country of delivery.

The amount for the orders which were not delivered (but destroyed at the customs)  because of the customer (who is unreachable on phone and by email) will not be refunded.

How long will my order take to arrive

When you proceed to checkout you are choosing Express shipping or Standard shipping.

If you choose Express shipping, the parcel will be delivered by DHL in 3 -5 working days.

If you choose standard shipping, the parcel will be delivered by Aramex in 5-9 working days. 

Please Note: Delays arise during sales period (incl. Black Friday) and on Holidays. 

Our delivery options may vary by destination e.g. Deliveries to Australia and South America may take longer than expected. 

Can I track my order?

Your orders will be processed and shipped after we receive your payment, which may take 48-72 hours. After this tracking code for your shipped order will be sent to your email.

We deliver our products worldwide, 

Please Note: We do not deliver to Hotels and PO Boxes.
